thank you all for all the prayers for my dad and family. we are constantly seeing God and his hand at work!

The hymn “How Firm a Foundation” reckons the odds the same way: you are 100% certain to pass through grave distresses, and your Savior is 100% certain to “be with you, your troubles to bless, and sanctify to you your deepest distress.” With God, you aren’t playing percentages, but living within certainties.

2 Samuel 23:5

God has made an everlasting covenant with me. He pledged himself to me, sealed the compact with the blood of Jesus. I am bound to my God, and my God to me.

This covenant is what all man can desire.

so cool ..... i was just G-Chatting with my dear sweet friend - LJ online .... and she said ... I need to go on-air.   Next minute, I hear her on the radio doing a report!  WOW .... the miracle of live radio!   Ha Ha!

IT'S CALLED HEART!!

I almost never speak bad about any of my sports teams but this time .... I just am plain disgusted and need to vent.  So ... please let me.

My lakers, or called the "fakers" by many of my Houston peeps .... showed the world that SPORTS COMPETITION is all about desire, passion and heart.   Their performance yesterday against the clearly outnumbered Rockets was evidence to me that they don't deserve to be called champions.  So what if you have the best player on the planet on your team.  Basketball is a TEAM sport.  Even Michael Jordan had Scottie Pippen, Toni Kukoc .... Magic Johnson had James Worthy and Kareem.  Kobe has nobody.

Phil Jackson .... "Greatest" coach of all time?  Seriously??  Great teams don't play like the way the Lakers played yesterday.   

We don't deserve to be in the playoffs.  Sad ... but true.  It is indeed a bad day to be a Laker fan.  The whole world is laughing at us.

Props to the Houston Rockets ..... bottom line .... they want it more.  And we can do nothing to stop them.

Had 3 molars removed and i had to stop taking vicotin. it was making me way too loopy.

unfortunately the pain will still not go away.
